Preservation of a Rich Culture

The all-volunteer efforts of the DHROOPAD members are attributable to their love for the Bengali culture fostered in Bangladesh and India. 

The Bengali Language and culture are practiced by 230 million people. 

DHROOPAD believes in preserving one’s heritage for the tangible and intangible values, and hence, promotes awareness of the rich Bengali culture to its successors who are born/being brought up in the US to be able to take advantage of the best of both worlds. 

We want to to exemplify Bangla Language, Heritage and Culture amongst the younger generation.
